1. Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after full payment confirmation.
Heavy or B2B Industrial Orders: Orders containing heavy equipment (e.g., bulk Fiber Optic Cables, large PLC Controllers, or NAS setups) may require an additional 24 hours for specialized secure packaging and quality checks before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is successfully placed, and another notification with tracking details once it is dispatched.
2. Shipping Costs & Timelines
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, volumetric dimensions of the products, and the delivery destination.
Standard Delivery: For most urban and semi-urban pin codes across India, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
Remote/Rural Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Bhopani Tech Store is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier operational issues, natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
3. High-Value Shipments & Transit Insurance
Fully Insured: Because we deal in high-end processors and critical industrial equipment, all shipments are covered by transit insurance.
Strict Damage Reporting Protocol: To ensure the validity of the insurance claim, if you receive a parcel that appears tampered with, crushed, or damaged from the outside, do not accept the delivery.
If you discover internal physical damage after accepting the parcel, you must report it to us at bhopanitechstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Video: A continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the opening of the package is strictly required to process any transit damage or missing item claims. Without this video, no claims will be entertained.
4. Address Modifications & RTO
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are 100% accurate. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
If the customer is unavailable, rejects the delivery without a valid reason, or provides an incomplete address leading to an RTO (Return to Origin), the actual forward and return shipping charges incurred by us will be deducted from the final refund amount.
