1. Cancellation Policy Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, opt for a return as per our Return Policy below.
- Return & Replacement Policy
Since we deal in sensitive electronics and networking hardware, returns are subject to the following conditions:
Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Note: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement for physical damages.
Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Seal Broken: For networking devices and computer components, returns will not be accepted if the manufacturer’s original seal/box is broken, unless the unit is found to be functionally defective.
- Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition and serial number verification.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), Bhopani Tech Store will bear the return shipping costs.
For warranty-related issues after the return window, shipping costs to the service center may be borne by the customer as per manufacturer terms.
