Due to the sensitive and high-value nature of IT hardware, processors, and industrial components, we enforce a strict return policy to prevent fraud and ensure product integrity for all our customers. Please read the following conditions carefully before raising a return request.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted strictly within 3 days of delivery, and only under the following circumstances:
The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or non-functioning right out of the box.
The product was physically damaged during transit.
The wrong product or incorrect model was delivered to you.
2. Strict Return Conditions (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met without exception:
Unboxing Video Mandatory: A continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label, breaking of the package seal, and the condition of the product is mandatory.
Serial Number Matching: The serial number on the physical product must exactly match the serial number on the original manufacturer’s box and our dispatched tax invoice.
No Broken Seals: For processors (Intel/AMD) and industrial boards, if the manufacturer’s seal on the box is broken, thermal paste has been applied, or processor pins are bent/damaged, the return will be immediately rejected.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Exclusions: Products damaged due to improper installation, power surges, short circuits, water damage, or customer mishandling are strictly not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Email your uncut unboxing video, a clear description of the issue, and a copy of your invoice to bhopanitechstore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Step 2: Our technical team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.
Step 3: After the item reaches our facility, it will undergo a rigorous technical inspection.
Step 4: If the claim is found genuine, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
