1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product or the wrong model/color.
- The product delivered does not match its description or specifications.
- The product is physically damaged upon arrival (must provide unboxing video).
Note: Issues caused by improper handling, misuse, or physical damage after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Request Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos, videos, or an unboxing video must be provided as proof.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
- Damage caused after the product is delivered
- Software issues that can be resolved through support
- Products without original packaging, accessories, labels, or seal
- Items purchased during clearance sale (unless defective)
4. Refund Process
After you submit a refund request:
- Our support team will verify your proof (photos/videos/unboxing video).
- If approved, the product must be returned in unused condition with all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging.
- Once the returned product is inspected and verified, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment, such as:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card (as per bank timelines)
- Wallet payments
Cash refunds are not available.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the refund is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item), Bhopani Tech Store will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons, the return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Warranty-Related Issues
For products covered under manufacturer warranty:
- Warranty service must be availed directly from the authorized service center.
- Refund does not apply once the product has been used or registered under warranty.
